Everywhere I look, I see the work of God’s hands. Not just in nature when I see large towering trees that have lived for centuries, blades of grass swaying in the wind, or waters glistening like the stars in the sky. But even as I look around the room that I’m sitting in, I see the work of God in my life, being the provider of everything that I have, and the One who sustains me.

The Bible says, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory” (Isaiah‬ ‭6‬:‭3‬ ‭NIV‬‬). The glory of God is on full display for all to see. Everything He has made testifies of it. The heavens declare it, and the skies proclaim the work of His hands (Psalms 19:1). They preach day and night, never ceasing to proclaim the message that our creator, God, is glorious. Whether it’s the brightness and warmth of the sun, or a beautiful sunset or sunrise. The night sky, light from the moon, or the stars and the distant galaxies; all of these things proclaim and are evidence of God’s majesty, power, wisdom and beauty. How glorious in size He is to create the universe with his fingers (Psalms 8:3). How wise He is to create everything that exists down to each intricate detail. How beautiful He is to create such beautiful things for us to enjoy.

God’s glory is all around. My friend, all we must do is open our eyes to see it.
